What happens when something goes wrong? The original dress I ordered came with the wrong lace, it completely changed the look of the dress. I contacted BM Bridal and they responded very quickly and allowed me to exchange the dress for another one, they did everything they could to make it right and were very responsive. I really appreciated their good customer service.
