REGISTER RETURN
Contact service@bmbridal.com within 14 days. Include order number, items, and reason (optional).
OBTAIN RMA
Within 1-2 working days, we will send the return address and your RMA Number with instructions.
PACK & SHIP
Write RMA on the package. Use trackable services (DHL, Hermes, DPD). Keep the tracking number safe.
REFUND
Upon inspection, we refund the product price to your original payment method within 14 days.
*Partial refunds consist of the full shipping cost and the specified percentage of the product price.
EXCLUSIONS (NON-RETURNABLE)
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned due to their bespoke nature:
- Custom-made dresses (tailored to your measurements)
- Personalized items (embroidery, monograms)
- Items made-to-order especially for you
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Items without original labels or tags
- Underwear and hygiene products
- Sale items with >50% discount
REFUND TRANSPARENCY
We believe in clear communication regarding what is refunded:
Example: On a $150 order + $19.99 shipping, the refund amount will be $150. Return shipping is at customer's expense.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE
If you receive faulty goods, contact us within 48 hours with photos:
- Free Return Shipping: We cover all costs.
- Full Refund: Or a free replacement.
- Fast Processing: Resolution within 24-48 hours.
- Note: Please keep original packaging and wait for our instructions.
EXCHANGES & TAXES
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size or color, please return for a refund and re-order.
Taxes & Duties: All orders are D.D.U (Delivered Duties Unpaid). BMBRIDAL is not responsible for local taxes. Refusal to sign for a parcel due to taxes will void the refund.
