Return Policy
Your satisfaction is always our priority. When you received the package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress had been made to your order specifications. Try on your dress as soon as possible without moving the tags, altering, or washing the dress.
Standard size dresses are returnable within this time frame as long as they are unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with their tags still attached. Returned items are refunded the amount paid for the items but shipping and any rush fees (if applicable) will not be refunded.
The following items are not eligible for returns: Custom Size Dresses, Swatches, Ready to Ship dresses, Items marked FINAL SALE.
If you are going to ship an item back to us, you should contact our customer support within 2 business days ; our customer representative will clarify for you (You should send us the dress pictures to show the mistakes). And you can ship the item back to us within 14 natural days (from the date the item is received).Please provide a detailed explanation in the return package, (including the order number, receiver and the reason why return).
We encourage customers to keep the dresses if there is only a little problem; and we can offer some compensation in this situation.
When you ship the dress, please mark the price is 5-10 dollars.
We can only warrant you refund after we receive the item in good conditions as we send to you.
BMbridal accepts a partial or complete refund for the item that has problem due to our carelessness. That means we can not warrant a refund if the problem of the item is not caused by BMbridal, because we do not do free returns.
We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or damaged by improper cleaning method.
We can not support customers order several dresses back for try on, and then keep 1 and return others.
We cannot accept returns for customer self designed dresses
If the error of unfitting regarding size/color that were made or specified by customers during purchasing our products, the customers will not be eligible for refunds under this case.
Customers need to responsible for the shipping fee to send back items, and we will also reduce the shipping fee we send out with another 10% restocking fee.
The promotion items including but not limited to the 50% off dresses are final sales which do not accept returns.
The final sales dresses might be slightly difference if ordered seperately, and slightly difference might be also exsist in one order if they are made in different period.
Cancelling Orders
All orders can not be cancelled after 24 hours, if persist cancel orders, we can only offer 50% partial refund, because our workers spend time, fabric and workmanship on the dress. Hope you understand.
Pay attention: All returns should be agreed by our service first! Self-returned package will not be accepted!
